I am an active consultant in issues relating to intellectual
property. My main areas of expertise include:
- Defense or Assertion of Patent Infringement, including claim
construction (pre and post Markman), validity
and infringement concerns
- Reviewing of patent value
- Infringement determinations for software code or hardware
descriptions of computer systems
- Specific past areas (complete summary available apon request):
Microprocessor architecture, I/O, Communication systems, Multimedia,
Instruction Set architectures, parallel processing / multiprocessors,
and related issues.
